1. How to order ?

Method 1:

Stay on category page or product page, Click”Add to Cart & Inquiry”  to select products and contact us .

Method 2:

Please write down the product you want, then send us email. we will reply in 24 hours. Please wait patiently.

2. What's the Payment Terms ?

(1) EXW, FOB or CIF;

(2) Payment by T/T, Western Union, Paypal ;

(3) Full payment before production, or 30% as deposit and the balance paid before shipment.

3. How do you ship my orders?
(1) Small orders shipped by DHL, UPS, Fedex, EMS;
(2) Bulk order shipped by sea or by air cargo;
(3) Or shipped by your forwarders;
(4) Lead time: a specific order varies with the product type and stock status. Mostly, 3-7 working days for small orders, 7-15 days for bulk orders. 

(5) Shipping cost:  will inform you delivery details , after We check a better shipping cost with our forwarder . You can calculate shipping cost if perfect enough.
(6) Time in transit: Transit time varies with different shipping methods.


4. What about after sales service or Return Policy?
Defective rate of our products is 0.1%, in case you got problem light. Please don't worry.
All of our products have 1 year warranty.Please provide high-definition product's photos or video to show the problem during this period. Then we will send replacement together with next order after we get approved from after sales department. We will compensate according to the damage,or give favorable discount in the next order.You don`t need to send the broken one back!

5. How long will it take to execute my order?

This depends on the size and complexity of the order. Please let us know the quantity and codes of the items so that we can advise a production schedule.


6What's your minimum order quantity (MOQ) ?
Any quantity is welcome; Depend on our materials stock.
Depend on quantity,it will enjoy much competitive price.

7. Do you provide samples?

Yes, we can supply samples of most items. We can send the samples by DHL,FEDEX or UPS.


8. Do you have products in stock?

Sorry, we do not always reserve stock. If there is any stock, we will inform you with details in the reply of your enquiry.


9. How much will the shipping charges be?

This will depend on the size of your shipment and the method of shipping. When inquired about shipping charges, we hope that you let us know the detailed information such as the Item Number and Quantity, your favorable method of shipping(by air or by sea) and your designated port or airport. We will be grateful if you can spare us some minutes to help us since it will enable us to evaluate the cost based on the information provided.

11. Can you produce according to the samples?
Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
